Australian Bollards - Protecting Victorian Councils

At Australian Bollards we pride ourselves on helping keep local governments and communities protected and safe with the use of our products. We recently installed bollards at the Banyule Community Health centre. The City of Banyule is quite a large council, it covers suburbs such as Heidelberg, Bundoora, Watsonia, Ivanhoe and Eaglemont.

We installed our AB-FD150KL-Y fold down key lockable bollards across the Banyule Community Health centre. Our fold down bollards allow an easy control over vehicle access to an area. The bollard can be locked in an upright position or be folded and laid flat on the ground.

The bollards are key lockable meaning that the only way to be able to function the bollard is through a key which can only be carried out by the key holder. This allows an access control solution. Leaving the bollard in an upright position denies access and unlocking the bollard and lying it flat allows vehicles to drive over the bollard which grants access. Its user-friendly design includes a retractable pull-out handle making it easy to lift the bollard into the up-right position.

The fold down bollard is a perfect solution for driveways, lane ways, warehouses and parking lots such as the one at the Banyule Health centre.

Australian Bollards looks forward to continue working with councils such as Banyule and the possibility of continuing to work with other Victorian councils such as Whittlesea, Yarra, Bayside, Boroondara, Monash and Moreland.
